Biography
Dr. Carles Bautista earned his medical degree from the University of Barcelona Medical School before undertaking a residency in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology at the Hospital Sant Joan De Deu, University of Barcelona. He furthered his academic pursuits by obtaining a master's degree in clinical research from the University of Barcelona Postgraduate Medical School.
Additionally, Dr. Bautista pursued fellowships in cardiology in Stockholm (Sweden), Tokyo (Japan), and London (UK). He further solidified his expertise with a Ph.D. in pediatric pathophysiology from the University of Barcelona Medical School.
Dr. Carles Bautista focuses primarily on treating congenital and acquired heart diseases using minimally invasive procedures, particularly cardiac catheterization. He collaborates within a team to deliver top-notch clinical care for both children and adults afflicted with congenital or acquired heart conditions.
