Ms Claire Lew is ISCP Governor for Singapore & Senior Pharmacist, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, SG.

Ms Claire Lew is involved in the running of pharmacist-run cardiology clinics such as the Heart Failure Pharmacist Clinic, Post Percutaneous Intervention (PCI) Pharmacist Clinic, as well as the Anti-coagulation Services in Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

ISCP Governors act as representatives for different countries worldwide to encourage local participation and contribute to the ISCP’s educational programmes.
