Koen Van Bockstal

In 2017 Koen became an Allied Professional as a Cardiac Device Specialist, and certified by EHRA (European Heart Rhythm Association).

From 2017 to the present day, he is responsible for the Cardiac Device Clinic, at OLV Hospital in Aalst, Belgium and it was here he started the implementation of GEHC’s CCW (Centricity Cardio Workflow)/CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) module. Between 2011-2017 he held the position of Cardiac Device Nurse and prior to that was the Head Nurse in the Cath Lab during which time GE Healthcare’s haemodynamic recording system, and a previous cardiovascular IT solution was installed.
