Biography
Dr Raja Zaghlol is currently a third year cardiology fellow in Washington University in St. Louis, St. Louis, US where he is completing a cardio-oncology and cardiac amyloidosis fellowship.
Dr Zaghlol is originally from Jordan where he completed his medical school in the University of Jordan before moving to the United States for residency. He trained in internal medicine and was subsequently a chief resident in Georgetown Medstar Washington Hospital Center in Washington DC. After fellowship Dr Zaghlol is continuing additional training in advanced heart failure and cardiac transplantation.
Dr Zaghlol is pursuing an academic clinician career where he envisions growing his passion for medical education, caring for complex patients and outcomes research in the fields of cardio-oncology and heart failure.
