Biography

Dr Rodrigo Bagur is an Interventional Cardiologist at the London Health Sciences Centre, in London, Ontario, Canada. His clinical interests are cardiovascular interventions including transradial and structural intervention. Dr Bagur's research revolves around clinical epidemiology, chronic disease and multimorbidity. 

Dr Bagur attended the National University of Cordoba in Cordoba, Argentina, where he received his MD degree and completed post-graduate Internal Medicine training. The then went on to complete a 3-year fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at the Quebec Heart & Lung Institute at Laval University in 2011. Here, he received training in transradial interventions, the recanalization of coronary total occlusion (CTO, and transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI). 

Dr Bagur is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He is an editorial board member of Interventional Cardiology: Reviews, Research, Resources (ICR3).
