Radcliffe Medical Education is hosting a Satellite Symposium entitled 'Cracking the Code of Uncontrolled Hypertension' at ESC 2024, in London. Join us in the Prague room on Friday 30 August 2024 at 15:15.

Overview

This symposium will delve into the complexities of uncontrolled hypertension, exploring its clinical impact, treatment barriers, and underlying drivers. It will feature a case study of a patient with previously well-managed hypertension now facing challenges, followed by a faculty-led discussion on clinical risks and guideline-directed treatment options.

Join Prof Thomas Weber (Klinikum Wels-Grieskirchen, Wels, AT); Prof John Flack (Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield, US); Prof Alta Schutte (University of New South Wales, Sydney, AU) and Prof Bryan Williams (University College London, London, UK) as they examine the limitations of current therapeutic approaches, including issues like clinical inertia and the constraints of standard care, while addressing future strategies and innovations in hypertension management.
